Return and Refund Policy
If you received a defective item, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. The item will be replaced with a new one, or we will refund all paid money to your bank account within 1–2 business days.
Please note: if you received an item in an unopened package (container) and later opened or otherwise damaged it, the item cannot be returned. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
