Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter – the "Terms"), once approved by the Buyer (by checking the box agreeing to the "herbiona.lt" terms when purchasing goods), constitute a legally binding document for the parties, establishing the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for the purchase and payment of goods, the procedure for delivery and return of goods, the responsibility of the parties, and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the "herbiona.lt" online store (hereinafter – the "Store").
  2. The Seller reserves the right to amend, correct, or supplement the Terms at any time, in accordance with the requirements of legal acts.

2. Personal Data Protection

  1. All information related to personal data and registered in the Store is considered confidential and is not disclosed.
  2. When ordering goods in the Store, the Buyer must provide the data requested during registration.
  3. The Buyer is responsible for providing correct data during registration.
  4. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that their provided personal data will be processed for order management and activity analysis purposes. The Buyer also agrees that informational messages necessary for the fulfillment of the goods order will be sent to the Buyer's specified email address or phone number.
  5. By registering in the e-shop and ordering goods, the Buyer undertakes to keep their login details safe and not to disclose them to anyone.
  6. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

3. Buyer's Rights

  1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the Store in accordance with these Terms.
  2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale concluded with the Store by notifying the Seller by email or phone.

4. Buyer's Obligations

  1. The Buyer undertakes to pay the agreed price for the goods, indicating the exact payment purpose, and to accept them in accordance with these Terms.
  2. The Buyer undertakes to choose the appropriate size of the item and is solely responsible for this choice.
  3. The Buyer undertakes not to transfer their login details to third parties. If the login details are lost, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller.
  4. By placing an order in the balticprotein.lt online store, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions of Sale and undertakes to comply with them and not to violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

5. Seller's Rights

  1. If the Buyer attempts to undermine the stability and security of the Store's operation or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without notice restrict or suspend their access to the Store or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's registration.
  2. The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's order without prior notice if the Buyer fails to pay for the goods within 3 (three) business days.

6. Seller's Obligations

  1. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy of their personal information provided in the Store's registration form and not to disclose the received data to third parties, except in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
  2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by them under the conditions set out in clause 8 of the Terms.
  3. If the Seller is unable to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer due to important circumstances, the Seller undertakes to offer an analogous or as similar as possible item. If the Buyer refuses to accept an analogous or as similar as possible item, the Seller undertakes to refund the money paid by the Buyer within 3 (three) business days, if an advance payment was made.

7. Ordering, Payment Procedure and Terms

  1. In the online store, the Buyer can shop online 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Orders by phone or email are accepted during specified working hours, which are indicated in the contact section of the page.
  2. The Buyer can pay for the goods using the e-banking system. The Buyer transfers money to the herbiona.lt settlement account. In this case, responsibility for data security lies with the relevant bank whose e-banking system handles the monetary transactions.
  3. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the order within 3 days from the date of order confirmation. The shipment is prepared only after payment for the goods has been received.
  4. If the Buyer fails to make payment within 3 days, if only a partial amount is transferred, or if the payment purpose is indicated incorrectly, the order is cancelled. If the money was transferred to the herbiona.lt bank account, it will be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
  5. If the buyer purchases a gift voucher and does not use it within the period specified on the voucher, the voucher is considered used.
